THE BEATLES
UK 1965 PARLOPHONE UK PRESSED *EXPORT* 45
On the silver & black Parlophone label: DP 563
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK.. text but carry 'Gramophone Co...' rims.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible in the centre of the 'Yesterday' label.
Housed in its original Parlophone company cover.
Matrix numbers: 7XCE 18740-1 & 7XCE 18739-1

Condition
Labels: VERY GOOD
There is some wear to each centre-hole and a set of initials written in ball-point pen on the 'Dizzy Miss Lizzy' label.
Visual: GOOD
Both surfaces are clean but display numerous light hairlines scratches consistant with frequent handling & play. However, both sides lie 100% flat on the turntable with no signs of dishing or warping.
Play: 1. VERY GOOD 2. EXCELLENT
This copy has been played many times but sounds much better than it looks. There are some light ticks/background on 'Yesterday' but 'Dizzy Miss Lizzy' sounds clear and powerful with no signs of any groovewear distortion or any other faults or wear.
Cover: VERY GOOD
Clean & flat with no major faults.
Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
I carefully play every record I sell on a $5,000 Rega P9 turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
All the photos in this listing have been taken by myself and are of the actual items for sale.
All records are professionally & securely in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.
