We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Legendary (best LP by Novalis) ~ All crafted Krautrock/progressive style loaded with grand passages heavy on the organ/Mellotron.
Their "second" album titled "Novalis" is another excellent album full of classic musicianship carrying a full accomplished sound throughout. NOVALIS' music is based on long concepts tracks performed in grand lush style with heavy use of organs and mellotrons, strings and bass. Most of their music is instrumental with some occasional non-intrusive German vocals. On their second album, NOVALIS added Carlo Karges (Ex-TOMORROW'S GIFT) doubling on guitars and keyboards. The overall sound on this album features floating keyboards and a heavy symphonic presence. Overall rated high among collectors being an excellent album for delivering those wonderful progressive moments.
Former founding member/keyboarist "Wenzel" was kicked out of the band after a dispute with the other members being replaced, as noted above, by guitar and keyboards Carlo Karges. All the vocals were taken over by Schünzel. The band had now also changed to their unique concept: German lyrics based on the poems of "Novalis", the German poet that the band had named themselves after. The album featured two of their strongest songs ever with "Wer Schmetterlinge Lachen Hört" and "Es Färbte Sich die Wiese Grün". Both are lengthy tracks with beautiful, melodic vocal-parts and extended instrumental parts with lots of inspired and atmospheric themes. The rest of the album is entirely instrumental filled with full heavenly thematic dramas. "Impressionen" is an impressive adaptation of Brückner's 5th symphony, and one of their best performed track. The energetic opener "Sonnengeflect" is drenched with cool Moogs, while "Dronz" is a spacey and atmospheric track that will make you feel like floating through space. VERY German sounding. But "Wer Schmetterlinge Lachen Hört" and "Es Färbte Sich die Wiese Grün" are still the tracks that carries the album and make it one of the classics of German 70's progressive rock.
