PYE LABEL 1969 FIRST UK PRESSING WITH FRAGILE OUTER LAMINATED GATEFOLD SLEEVE IN NEAR MINT PLAYING CONDITION WITH SUPERB AUDIO.

Released in 1969 on the PYE label, I am offering today this rarely offered near mint playing first UK pressing of this rare psych album from BLONDE ON BLONDE titled "CONTRASTS" This is a lovely playing example of an album that is very hard to find and a UK original and is packed with great tracks including their rendition of the Beatles classic "ELEANOR RIGBY".

The album is in beautiful hardly played condition retaining a full gloss and comes complete with fragile outer laminated single sleeve which I would describe as good. The fragile sleeve which is similar to the Kinks Village Green is clean with no stickers or unwanted writing but shows wear to the edges and spine and has splitting at the top and bottom of the spine.

I have just played this through for these listing purposes and I have to say that it plays nicely with superb audio, absolutely no sticks or skips etc a top playing example.

The VINYL, The Vinyl visually is excellent and audibly is in near mint condition. Needless to say absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc.

The SLEEVE, The gatefold sleeve is in good condition. No unwanted writing etc but shows wear to the edges and spine.

The LABELS, The blue Pye labels are very clean. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.

The INNER, The original poly lined patents pending white inner is clean and free from unwanted writing or splits etc.

I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
