Description
Billy Childish 2013 7" box set release of 'Thatcher's Children', includes a Jamie Reid designed 'God Save Margaret Thatcher' poster, complete with safety pin through her lip !!!!
Issued, in collaboration with legendary Sex Pistols artist Jamie Reid, in a numbered edition of 200.
Set comprises of 7" orange vinyl single, 'Thatchers Children' (sung to the tune of The Clash's 'London Calling') b/w 'Israelites' and three letters of correspondence between Universal and the gallery responsible for issuing the box set. A distressed and folded poster, as is the artist's intention, 'God Save Margaret Thatcher', complete with safety pin through lip (see third photograph) poster measures 27.25" x 20.5" approx and a DVD showing the video of the title track, all housed in a box which has been signed, and numbered, by Billy Childish.
This particular edition number is 65/200 and is mint and unplayed.
