Record grade : Vinyl is NOT NEAR MINT !

I grade the vinyl VG TO VG++ (vinyl has several sleeve marks but no real scratches)

Cleaning would improve the quality. (small stickers on both labels, see pict.)

Cover is in VG++ condition (with small wear, no split, no penmarks...)
