Description
Original US Punk Rock classic from December 1977, on the Dangerhouse label SFD 400. Vinyl 3-song EP Record with “target” picture sleeve.
CONDITION: The sleeve is basically the front and half of the back, so it's not a normal 45 RPM sleeve with edges. It comes in a plastic slip cover. Plastic has a crease at one spot and a $1 sticker attached to the plastic, paper sleeve is NM, no marks or damage that I can see. Record is in Mint, does not show any wear or marks on the vinyl, I may have been the first to play this and I have played both sides. Label is also mint with no other marks or damage. The Avengers are an American punk rock band formed in 1977 in San Francisco, California, United States. The band recorded an EP, We Are the One, and after opening for the Sex Pistols worked with Steve Jones, but had not released an album before breaking up in 1979. Top quality 1977 Dangerhouse-style punk from San Francisco with great melodies and lots of power. Penelope Houston was one of the best 5 female punk singers in history (or possibly the best).
