Incredible copy from an outstanding private Pink Floyd collection! The album featured here is 100% guaranteed to be an authentic, true 1st issue of Pink Floyd Meddle still in a factory sealed condition!

Guaranteed to be the 1971 original 1st pressing with the cardboard gatefold cover and vivid contrast print with the calm balanced tones. This does NOT feature the reddish tone indicative of the 2nd pressing, or soft blue tint present on the 3rd pressing. This is the early 1st ever USA cover.

The design of the cover shows an image of an ear, underwater, collecting sound waves, represented by ripples in the water. This issue contains a unique cover with "Pink Floyd - Meddle" and "SMAS-832" located on the edge of the front cover as oppose to the spine. The Harvest Records logo and catalog number are located at the bottom right corner.

The original price sticker is affixed to the shrink wrap. The back cover contains the song titles at the top left corner and Harvest Records, EMI Records and RIAA logo at the bottom left corner along with "Marketed & Distributed by Capitol Records, Inc." text.

This issue is guaranteed to contain a yellow-green Harvest Records label with a traditional Amoeba logo and the "Mfd. by Capitol Records, Inc., a subsidiary of Capitol Industries, Inc., U.S.A. - ® Capitol Marca Reg. - U.S. Pat. No. 2,631,859" text along the bottom edge.

CONDITION:

This album cover is in STONE COLD MINT condition! The original shrinkwrap is nice and tight and fully intact. The necessary breathe holes are present. This is a sealed example, so the vinyl is assumed MINT! There are no flaws whatsoever! Please view the photos for more details on condition!

This listing is for an EXTREMELY RARE US Pressing of Pink Floyd "Atom Heart Mother" released in 1970 by Harvest Records SKAO 382. This gorgeous example is still sealed in the original shrinkwrap!

This is an extremely rare opportunity! FIRST PRESSING examples still SEALED in the FACTORY SHRINK are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find!

ONLY THE 1ST PROMO PRESSINGS HAD THE LIGHT BLUE SKY AND CAME WITHOUT A TITLE PRINTED ON THE ACTUAL COVER.

CONDITION: This album cover which is still in the original factory shrink wrap is in solid NEAR MINT condition! The original shrinkwrap is nice and tight and fully intact! The only thing keeping this cover from being NM+ is some wear to a few of the corners. These "corner dings" can be seen in the photos! Please view all photos carefully!

The vinyl is over 50 years old and has NEVER seen the light of day! The Amoeba Harvest labels and vinyl are assumed MINT When looking at the promo hole, the original white inner sleeve is actually visible! This album would make an excellent investment piece!
