Dating from 1980 on the Holiday label, linked by the family name Robinson to the mighty Enjoy label. This is another completely essential slice of rap history. A funked up disco groove utilsing A Taste Of Honey's 'Rescue Me' is the tip, the vocals as advanced as they got back in 1980, vocal and inst versions included. High production.
Mastered by HERB POWERS :) and Frankford/Wayne...No wonder this 12" sounds so good..
Impossible to find NM original from 1980 and NOT a reissue...
