Excellent scarce rhythm and blues doo wop group extended play “EP” 45 record featuring THE MOONGLOWS on the CHESS label, from the late fifties.  Title is “LOOK! It’s The Moonglows.”  Catalog number is CHESS EP-5122.

Side One contains the following tunes:

• Love Is a River
• Ten Commandments of Love

Side Two contains the following tunes:

• Blue Velvet
• Mean Old Blues

Condition of Side Two vinyl is gorgeous near mint.  Condition of Side One vinyl would also grade NM except for a couple unsightly scuff marks that produce a few soft tics but cause no serious problem other than cosmetic.  Both sides still have 100 percent of the original gloss and play with amazing fidelity.  Labels are clean and pristine.   Overall a very fine record which will please most if not all collectors who know how hard it is to find these early extended plays in “perfect” shape.  As with all my records, your satifaction is fully guaranteed, if not happy simply return it in same condition for a full and prompt refund. 

Cardboard jacket is clean and pristine, however it is partially split on about half of the top seam and a very small area (about one inch) on the bottom seam.  There is a small area of brownish residue from tape placed by the original owner along a portion of the top seam (see scan).  No writing, stickers, bends, or stains, overall it is a pretty nice jacket.
