Record is in nice EX- condition.
Label is very slightlly grubby (see scans). Which may clean up.
Plays great, on both sides. GUARANTEED!!!

Most records on this 'Holy Grail' of 'Northern Soul' labels are in poor condition. So this is a real gem.
