Original Angelophone Record
This is an original ANGELOPHONE RECORD, measuring 6 15/16", which plays on an original Angelophone hand-cranked phonograph. This particular record was manufactured in 1916 by the Angelophone Company in New York City. It has a recording of "I Heard the Voice of Jesus Say," Number 66 from the Old Fireside Hymns collection, recorded by baritone HENRY BURR. On the reverse side is recorded a brief "hymn talk" by Pastor CHARLES TAZE RUSSELL, in 1916, shortly before his death. It corresponds to hymn no. 66 printed in the original "Angelophone Hymns" book also currently available on ebay from this same seller. Record is in good condition and plays on our antique Angelophone. Many other numbers of these records are available. A list of available records available upon request.
