a first pressing of the rare lp "Boanerges" by VOIZ as released on Grapevine GRV 110 in 1977 in the UK.

Very rare original UK private press album that is getting near impossible to track down. Listed in Hans Pokora 2001 Collectors Dreams book. 'Voiz' were a superb Dutch six-man progressive outfit that couples a hard-rock approach with classical flute accompaniment. Only seven tracks, most being fairly long. ‘70s FM prog buffs will not be disappointed as they experience the slow burn of ‘Keep Quiet’ and ‘Little Words’, or the grungy r&r boogie of ‘All The Way From Fryslan’, all with loud potent electric guitar leads. ‘Quality Of Life’ and ‘Laughing’ both supply whimsical upbeat moments, the latter making use of ukulele, clarinet, and fuzz bass. ‘Dank U’, the only non-English song, provides a quieter symphonic mood before closing with a heavy electric guitar climax. Lively skillful flute work everywhere you turn, plus a few saxophone appearances, all within the prog/classic-rock context. Also nice dreamy background synthesizer adding depth to the sound. Deserves the same recognition as heavyweights like Agape and The Exkursions.

• the record: vg+ condition (marks that cause some crackles)
• the cover: vg+ condition (wear but no seamsplits, writing or tape)

All my lp's have been cleaned on a professional VPI record cleaning machine for more and better listening pleasure!

In an attempt to show the best possible pictures of lp's I am putting up for auction I use a large format scanner. This enables me to provide potential buyers with a GREAT view of the item. Unfortunately the scanner can not contain all of the surface of the lp; a small part of about 1,25 cm/0.5 inch is missing!

Postage for 1 album inside Europe will be EURO 8 and for 2 albums (or 1 double lp) it'll be EURO 10; outside of Europe for 1 album it'll be EURO 11 and for 2 albums (or 1 double lp) EURO 15. Please contact me in case you need registered mail or insurance.

I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail if not sent by registerd or insured mail!

Due to the growing number of winners not following up on their winning bids I have adopted the following policy on payment:
1. After the auction has ended the winner will recieve a notice with instructions on payment etc.
2. I expect the winner to confirm reception of this email within 48 hours
3. After 2-3 days ONE notice will be sent if confirmation has not been recieved
4. Payment is expected within two weeks after the auction has ended.
5. After that ebay will be notified and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened.
