"72 classic performances by perhaps the greatest bluesman ever, Muddy Waters. Covering a quarter century on Chess Records, the recordings are sequenced as recorded and are digitally remastered from the original masters or original 78 rpm singles. Twenty-three of the tracks are rare, including 10 previously unreleased. Included is a 32-page booklet, featuring two sets of liner notes (one focusing on Muddy's life, the other on his music), song-by-song credits, a complete album by album Chess discography, historic photos and related memorabilia." VHTF Made in USA on Chess / MCA Records label catalog # CH6-80002, NEAR MINT BOX SET. All six 12-inch vinyl records and booklet are near mint.
NEAR MINT used condition. Previously owned from a private collection. All vinyls are clean, glossy on both sides. Booklet is MINT condition.
Cover box is also near mint. No bends or tears, but has minimal damage on top left corner (see last photo). All six record sleeves are also in NEAR MINT condition. No wrinkles, bends or tears. Overall excellent condition for age of 26 yrs.
