Ultra rare!! The holy grail for the U2 fan - their first ever release, limited to just 1,000 with a hand numbered sticker on a CBS sleeve. This is number 918, signed in black pen by Jackie Hayden.
As a bonus - this is signed by Bono and Edge! - autographs personally obtained by myself last year in Dublin - please see pics!!!!

What's even more interesting is the other sticker that is on this sleeve - Sean Leslie. This could possibly be the Sean Leslie that was U2's first ever chauffeur. See below for a piece from the Irish Independent (http://www.independent.ie/woman/celeb-news/life-love-and-the-leslies-26219153.html)

Label: Ireland is spelled correctly. The band's names appear on both sides of the record near the label in the dead wax. “Made in England” on bottom. Bold typeface for “U2”. Stereo is written in big letters (STEREO). No CBS inc. on bottom of the label.
Sticker: Hand-numbered by Jackie Hayden. All copies have either black or blue ink numbers.
Vinyl is in mostly excellent condition with slight surface marks and plays perfectly. There is a scratch on Side 1 that causes the record to crackle in the intro, this fades before the vocal and the rest of the song plays excellently - a version that is different to the first album and only available on this format. About the signatures
Both signatures were signed outside RTE Dublin when Bono and Edge were on 24th October last year. After the show, they came out and signed for fans. Here is actual PROOF of Edge signing this record -

Bono said much the same thing - and something really cool that I'll share with the winner :) The shot above is me meeting Bono in 2012 after the Electric Burma concert to honour Aung San Suu Kyi, he signed a Boy vinyl for me that day. This signature was obtained at RTE following the Late Late Show in Dublin last year. I don't have shots of me getting this signed - but I do have about 10 candid shots I took of Bono on that day if you want me to share them.
