The Sleeve: The sleeve has the rare re-worked artstyle, also the other important factor about the Sleeve that congratulations has been Misprinted to "CONGRADULATIONS", there is an estimated of only about 1,000 of these sleeves and disk where printed and pressed.
The Disk is UK export, it has London ffrr Made in England grooved label, as few as 1,000 of these discs were pressed.
Year of Purchase: 1964
Condition: The Sleeve has worn down coners a mild crease around them, the Disk is still in glossy condition with a few light scuffs that but shouldn't affect sound.
