Jacket: hole punch top right; "For Stereo Phonographs" printed along top; 3/4 inch nick on spine
Sleeve: original but shipped in new to protect

In addition, all records will be mailed inside a thick 3 mill. sleeve protector with the vinyl outside of the jacket but inside the sleeve protector to protect your purchase.
