Test Pressing – FURTWANGLER / VIENNA P.O. – BEETHOVEN: SYMPHONY No.7

2 single-sided HMV white label test pressings made in England – no indication of catalogue number (see photos). Matrix Nos. 2XVH 16-16N / 2XVH 75-2N. The original (scruffy) inner is date stamped 15 NOV 1958. Wilhelm Furtwangler conducting the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra in Beethoven’s Symphony No.7 and Coriolan Overture.

The discs have an unplayed appearance; we have not played them.
