(Australian buyers can pay in Australian dollars of course....if need be, just go to www.xe.com for conversions...)
...and moving on...the item on offer here is:
ARTIST: TULLY - TITLE: "LOVING IS HARD" . FORMAT: …vinyl LP… LABEL: Harvest . CAT. #: SHVL-607 . DATE OF RELEASE: May 1972 . PRESSED IN: Australia . ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING? Yes .
Not a great copy but it plays through with some crackles (no jumps or skips). The band comprises four fifths of Tully's sister band Extradition (the line-up that recorded the legendary "Hush" LP - being RICHARD LOCKWOOD, SHAYNA STEWART/KARLIN, KEN FIRTH, and COLIN CAMPBELL)...and the fifth member of Extradition (BOB LLOYD) plays as a guest musician as well...it's a wonderful album of progressive folk with similarities to UK groups Trees, and Mellow Candle...and of course, it sounds very much like a second Extradition album (way more so than either of the earlier Tully albums)...
Tracks are: SIDE ONE: LOVE CAN MAKE YOU / LOVING IS HARD / SONG FOR SHAYNA / THE REAL YOU / POCO A POCO SIDE TWO: ICE / REST BELOVED / SUNSHINE BLUES AGAIN / THIS TREE
CONDITION:
COVER: (VG)...if not for some small insect nibbles on the front (near opening edge) and on the back (scattered all over - see scan), it'd be closer to EX-...also has a couple of minor seam splits... VINYL: (VG[-]) ...has many surface marks and a couple of medium scratches, but like I said above, it DOES play through, and would no doubt suit many until a better one comes along... LABELS: (Side one: M- / Side Two: M-)...both sides have just a few spindle marks and no other blemishes ...
If you have any concerns about the accuracy of my gradings, please check my feedback for the odd nice comment from some satisfied folk out there.... (and hopefully you may be able to join their ranks).
You can pay in US$'s or UK pounds or Australian dollars.
CLICK ON view sellers other auctions ABOVE FOR SIMILAR ITEMS - I list lots of punk / garage'n'psych (60s –> 90s) / power pop / guitar pop / soul & R'n'B / some occasional original 50's rock'n'roll & rockabilly plus industrial/experimental rarities from down this way - vinyl mostly, and posters, some CDs - (admittedly you’ll find all sorts of other guff too)...
Thanks for considering this item. Best of luck if you decide to bid...Cheers, Jules.

PAYMENT
OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA: You can pay by:
1. Money Order (you'll need to add a US$4 exchange fee for a Western Union m/o or a US Postal m/o ; or a US$8 exchange fee for any other non-Australian dollar money order) .. .. ..or.. .. .. 2. CASH (MUST be in a registered envelope..ONLY) .. .. ..or.. .. .. 3. via Bidpay (aka Western Union Auction Payments) (you need to add a US$4 exchange fee for payments via WUAP/Bidpay) .. .. ..OR.. .. .. 4. Paypal..easiest and cheapest way is to just use your normal account and select to pay in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS, in which case there are no extra fees...BUT...if you wamt to pay in UK pounds (GBP) or U.S. dollars (US$)..you should know that Paypal unfortunately (for us all), charge we here in Australia, a hidden exchange rate fee which equates to 7% (.. ..it WAS originally 14%, then 11% until early Dec.2002); so it's not as bad as it was, but still a tad cheeky and unfair (this is NOT to be confused with their normal fees, which I will, of course, pay for); but, all the same, IF you’re prepared to cover that 7% exchange fee, you CAN use Paypal (it still works out cheaper [and obviously faster] than Bidpay or registering cash, for any amount below about US$100 / GBP55 )..its up to you, but PLEASE don’t think I condone their business practices; the other options are there for you to use. [My alternative, otherwise, is to allow them to take that much from every item..and they do not disclose that this is what they do. If you don’t agree with covering for this (and why should you!), please do consider another option.]
IN AUSTRALIA: Pay by Paypal (in Australian dollars...with NO fees to be added), Money Order, Bank Cheque, Personal Cheque (allow 5 days for clearance)...or Direct Deposit into our account (quickest method, along with Paypal).. .. ..or cash (again, MUST be in a registered envelope). PACKING: Don’t worry - we pack anything you buy VERY CAREFULLY to make sure it arrives in EXACTLY the condition it left here. More specifically, in the way we'd like to receive parcels ourselves. WE MAIL OUT FROM AUSTRALIA VIRTUALLY EVERY DAY.
