| THE BEATLES,
PLEASE PLEASE ME PARLAPHONE GOLD STEREO LP !
PCS 3042 WITH DICK JAMES CREDITS.
This is your chance to own your very own piece of history, The Beatles please please me black/gold stereo LP PCS 3042,with Dick James credits. It is reputed that only 900 copies of this stereo black /gold edition were produced .
Side one (YEX.94)
Side two (YEX.95)
This album was purchased by my father in 1963,it does have some surface scratches, and a noticeable scratch on side 2 but is still a very clean shiny vinyl.
These marks do not affect the play of this record ,I have played this album through myself and it has a very strong clear bold stereo sound. It was a joy to listen to.
The album labels are still very good and clear with minimal fading, there are some spindle marks.
The album cover is still intact with bold colouring , although does have wear to the corners and bottom, there is some staining at the bottom of the cover front and back with a piece of sticky tape halfway along the back a the bottom .In spite of this you are still clearly able to see the Angus Mcbean and Ernest J Day wording clearly.
The inner sleeve is the original emitex, has slight creases on the corners and has been discoloured slightly through age, none the less you are still able to see all wording clearly,as shown in the photograph.
Overall this is an album worthy of being in any beatles enthusiasts collection, you don't often see this album come up for auction so this is a rare occassion.
