THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE BEATLES 1968 U.K. "WHITE ALBUM 2LP" No 0410772.THIS IS THE RARE STEREO 2LP WITH THE MASSIVELY RARE MIS-SPELLING OF "ROCKY RACCOON".See more below about this rare spelling.The 4 sides of the vinyl are in excellent condition with only a handful of very light hairlines that do not affect the sound quality which is superb.They all still retain that just pressed look with deep shine and lustre.There are NO jumps,NO sticks,NO pop's.This really is a rare find and there is only a very small amount of crackle in the quietest of passages.All 4 labels are clean and bright with the lightest of spindlwear and some very light spider marks.This rare Lp has not been played much.The matrix no's are YEX 709-1 , YEX 710-1 , YEX 711-1 ,YEX 712-1 and the stamper codes are 1G , 4GDA , 3PT , 6MA.There is a KT tax code on the side 4 label.The top opening sleeve is in very good condition with the front and the back of the laminated top opening sleeve showing light disc impression.The spine is fully readable but there is colour loss to the middle of the spine and spine tops.The corners are bumped.The inside of the gatefold is in excellent condition and it still creaks when opened.The flip-backs are intact and the laminated inside is clean and bright.The opening edge is still very straight and true. The poster is in very good condition with a couple of short tears on the creases.Otherwise it is clean and bright.The 4 pic's are in excellent condition and are still clean and bright.The 2 black die cut inner sleeves are in very good condition.PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ORIGINAL U.K. DOUBLE LP "MISPRINT".
NOW FOR THE BEST PART OF THIS RARE LP.THIS LP HAS THE RECORD 1 SIDE 2 MIS-PRINT ON THE ROCKY RACCOON SONG TITLE.ON THIS LABEL THE SPELLING IS ROCKY "RACOON" .WHEN THE LABEL WAS STAMPED A " C " WAS LEFT OUT MAKING THIS A MASSIVELY RARE LP.THESE WERE ONLY PRINTED FOR A VERY SHORT TIME BEFORE THIS ERROR WAS NOTICED.THIS MIS-PRINT IS QUITE PROBABLY THE RAREST OF ALL MIS-PRINTS.I HAVE ONLY EVER SEEN A HANDFUL OF THESE.THEY ARE RARER THAN BLACK & GOLD STEREO PPM's & EXPORT WHITE ALBUM'S.THERE ARE ONLY A SHORT RUN OF THESE IN EXISTANCE.DO NOT MISS THIS ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORATUNITY TO GET THIS IMPOSSIBLY RARE MIS-PRINT.A GREAT INVESTMENT QUALITY LP.
