Description
I have been collecting, playing and selling records for many years and my grading is accurate. I always try and play the vinyl through to make sure there are no jumps, nasty sounds or pops etc. This album is by a folk band called Sandalwood and was privately pressed on the SRT label in 1971 and is extremely rare. When researching I only found small amounts of information on it. There has been only one I could find that sold about 5 months ago for a lot of money that was not as good as this one and did not have the paste on cover as this one has. Notes on cover http://psychedelicalbums.com. The sleeve is in very good plus condition with some foxing and a small amount of creasing and corner bumping. The vinyl was play graded on my hacker gondolier and sounded great with no nasty jumps, background noise or loud crackle. When played there was a very small amount of crackle but Iam sure this would be eliminated with a professional clean. The music was amazing and reminded me a little of fairport or the trees with strong female vocals and excellent instrument playing. I would grade the vinyl and labels as excellent showing little signs of being played much with no spindle wear and only a couple of wispy hairline none feelable scratches. This album is extremely rare and Iam quite reluctant to post it and would rather the buyer collected it from me or arranged their own courier.
