Vinyl condition: Let's Do It: VG-: *check soundclip* plays through with moderate amount of surface noise (most noticeable in the first 10 seconds) - overall though, plays through relatively clean - play-grade is closer to a strong VG - lots of visible surface scuffs/scratch marks - *one small 'bubble' near the middle of the record, but DNAP* - no skips or jumps - still plays LOUD and with lots of PUNCH!
Your Love Is Super Good: VG-: *check sound clip* same visual condition - plays through with slightly less surface noise and just as much punch - no skips or jumps
Label condition: VG: ring-wear (see photos)

Arkansas record man Calvin Brown's greatest treasure was bluesman Calvin Leavy who's desperate "Cummings Prison Farm" was one of the very last down home blues to really hit big. But right behind Leavy were the Soul Superiors whose lead singer was Sherman Willis. They cut two 45s for Brown on the first of which the fine southern ballad Trust In Me Baby was featured. This was a typically low budget production and a "little label" sound. The guitar from arranger Troy Lee Broussard is particularly notable but the drums are way too high in the mix and the horns too low. But all this just adds to the charm of the piece, as do some strong flexible vocals from Willis.
