One of many, very rare lps featuring Szell listed this week, including some "Grails" and Test Pressings.
This is an extremely rare 2lp in stunning condition. Sounds super - hard to find better. A "HOLY GRAIL" for any classical record collector.
Columbia 1st UK blue / silver (turquoise / silver) label. ED1. 2lp set.

Vinyl is EX++. There are a couple of non-sounding sleeve removal marks. Superb sound.SAX 2512 plays NMSAX 2512 - Side 3 there are four light tics on the vocal opening and 12 very light tics a few minutes later. SuperbSide 4 has six very light tics halfway through band 2, then 2 tics a little later.These tiny faults do not spoil the enjoyment at all but are mentioned for completeness, otherwise a truly amazing listen of an incredibly hard to find set.
