Rare RUSH space-shuttle-shaped picture disc: COUNTDOWN/NEW WORLD MAN (Mercury; RUSH P10; 1982; United Kingdom).
Vinyl is VG to VG+ (some manufacturing-based imperfections and very minor scuffing); clear plastic sleeve is VG- (some seam splits; a few tears; some rippling).
