RAY CHARLES-THE GREAT RAY CHARLES 1957 ATLANTIC RECORDS LP SD 1259 IN A STRONG VG+ CONDITION. MOSTLY CLEAN VINYL!! This is Ray's 2nd studio album for Atlantic Records and it's a stunner. No wonder he became the superstar he later became because one listen to this gem, you'll know why as well. Songs such as The Ray, Black Coffee, Doodlin' & Undecided all are Charles classics. I truly hope the huge fan of the man picks this one up, an essential to be sure!!
The record is in an easy VG+ condition with just a light hairline on side 2 that definitely does not hamper play at all, plays well throughout. I also feel that the record could use a "real" cleaning as I do not have those solutions here and again, plays well as is just the same. The cover has some mild aging front and back plus mild rubs on the corners. The original inner sleeve is intact. A fantastic buy!!
