4 prong push out centre with the FACTORY SAMPLE Sticker on label of Side A.Company sleeve has some wear, especially to reverse side - please see pics.Record also supplied in stiff white car sleeve.Both sides play through well with crackles in quiet parts but this is a FACTORY SAMPLE record so will hold its value. I have played both sides with no issues apart from expected age crackle.
