Beatrice Lille with the London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Skitch Henderson performs Prokofiev’s “Peter and the Wolf”. They are joined by Julius Katchen and Gary Graffman for a performance of Saint-Saens’ “Carnival of the Animals”. English stereo pressing on the Decca Label (SXL 2218 stampers 3M/3E), the labels are black and silver with original recording by…at 10 o’clock, a Full Frequency stereophonic Sound Fatband and FFSS logo, and a groove. The record is of excellent appearance, and plays and sounds superb with a minimum of surface noise. The cover has a slight ring and other minor wear only.
