Product Description:
This is an EXTREMELY RARE 7" single that was self released without the band being signed to a label in 1985; when the band was still in high school.  This was Executioner's first record (under this name)  and features a song called "Metal Up Your Ass" on the A side, and "Syco-Pathic Mind" on the B side.  It was recorded in Morrisound Recording Studios in Tampa, FL, and was self produced with the help of Rick Miller.  This is the second (and only other) copy that I purchased from their drummer, Donald Tardy in high school shop class in 1985.  Obviously at the time who knew they would become Obituary, one of the worlds most acclaimed Death Metal bands.  There are not many of these floating around, and is one rare, unique find for any Obituary fan.  I don't think many fans will ever see this again, especially in this condition, and now this was my only other one.  This one is for the true collector.  No this is not a bootleg.


Condition and storage:
This has been played VERY little and is in great condition.  The vinyl does have a few surface scratches and a couple of scuffs.  There is a very tiny hint of a wobble, but virtually undetectable unless really really studying it.  It doesn't effect play, and was tested prior to posting.  I do study all vinyl very carefully before listing to be extremely accurate in my listings.  Center label on vinyl is in great condition as well.  However, the center hole was damaged during production.  This can be seen in picture provided (updated pictures).  The paper cover does show some minor handling/ storage wear around record opening, slight record outline, and record ring on back.  It is free of rips anywhere on the slip cover.  You will be more than pleased.  Has only had one owner and has always been in a climate controlled, smoke, pet and (practically) dust free environment. 


Method of Payment:
For right now, I am ONLY accepting PayPal.  This is for both buyer and seller protection.  More than likely, I will start making additional payment options available.  For now, it's just PayPal.  I do expect all payments to be made within 3 days of auction closing, unless I'm contacted, and other times have been set.  I will return the courtesy with prompt handling time.  If Payment is not received within designated time frame the item will be reposted.


Insurance:
You have the option to add insurance to your purchase.  Item will be packaged with padding to help provide a comfortable ride during it's travel, but I would recommend getting the insurance.  If for nothing else, your own peace of mind.  Please note that I will not be responsible for your package or it's contents after it leaves my hands.


Shipping and Fees:
All shipments are made through the US Postal Service.  All items will be mailed out within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received.  All domestic shipping is provided a tracking number.  For International shipping I normally use USPS First Class International, because it's much cheaper for you the buyer.  However, for these high priced collectors items I want item tracked from the U.S. to you, it will be shipped USPS Express Mail International.  Sorry, it's the only option that they have that tracks Internationally.  I have provided a shipping calculator to more accurately determine shipping fees.  However, additional fees such as import duties, taxes and charges may be required depending on Country.  International buyers will be responsible for such fees.  All fragile and collectible items will be packaged with padding to help protect against unforseen bumps or tumbles while traveling. 


Return Policy:
I will except refunds for this item.  Only if the item is not as described within posting.  I must be contacted within 24 hours of buyer receiving item about a refund.  Insurance MUST be purchased even for initial mailing for a refund to be honored.  I require item to be mailed back to me within 7 days of buyer receiving item.  It will be at the buyers expense to return and insure the item.  I will require tracking and insurance on all returns including International.  Item/s must be returned in the exact condition it was sent, before refund will be granted.  This will be determined/ examined once I receive the returned item.  If in any other condition than I mailed out, refund will not be granted.
