Neil Young Vinyl LP ‘Journey Through The Past’ 1973 AUTOGRAPHED COPY VG with COA
This is a great opportunity! A signed US copy of Neil Young's classic vinyl LP 'Journey Through The Past'.. If you haven't heard this before it is a great album! The sleeve is intact with some edge wear and notable ring wear (typical of US sleeves!) but is of course signed to the front by Neil himself!! I am not sure of the exact pressing, it is early seventies, gatefold but not with a die-cut sleeve. The vinyl is very clean indeed with only one hairline not usually audible and other incidental marks hard to spot, the vinyl surface is generally gleaming. This comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity and it came with a collection of other signed Neil Young records, many of which have signed Certificates of Authenticity (these can be seen in our other listings!!) and was formerly part of an amazing collection. Overall a genuine and rare item and definitely one for the Neil Young collector! G+/VG++

Please see the following grading guidelines which I use to grade all media:  Items will be described in the following order: Media/Cover (i.e. VG/G+)

MINT:  The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

CD's are similarly graded though the Jewel case is disregarded in grading. The grading applies to the media and the insert. Cassettes will simply be described in their playing condition and are all tested.
