Labels: EXCELLENT +
An pristine pair with just a handful of tiny, well aimed spindle marks around the side 2 centre hole but none whatsoever around 1.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Immaculate, deep-gloss playing surfaces which apart form one or two faint inner-sleeve removal marks are 'as new' in strong daylight and totally free from any scuffs or scratches. Closer examination directly beneath my powerful and unforgiving halogen desk lamp reveals little more than a few barely visible paper hairlines and a sparkling rainbow shine. Both sides of this quality heavy pressing lie 100% flat when playing on the turntable.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT +
This superb sounding copy has clearly been barely played and sounds wonderful, clean and clear throughout with no clicks, pops or any trace of groove/playwear. In fact, apart from a touch of normal light vinyl background between tracks, there is nothing to fault here.
Cover: VERY GOOD +
A strong & clean example which retains a clean and glossy front laminate bearing only four small 'thumbnail' wrinkles and an unavoidable very faint disc impression. There is light shelfwear to the corners but no damage to either opening edge. The rear panel is clean & unblemished with just a small area of damage to the lower right corner flipback. Both seams are smooth and the spine is fully worded and totally unworn.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Clean & flat with slight age-toning around the edges but no writing, tears or seam splits.
Our grading is strict & conservative grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
We carefully play every record I sell on an EMT 950 transcription turntable fitted with a 'TSD 15' cartridge at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
Every image in this listing has been taken by ourselves (with a Canon G12 camera) and are of the actual item for sale. We do not copy from other listings or use stock images.
Each record is professionally & securely packaged in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.
