| ULTRA RARE MICHAEL JACKSON -STARLIGHT / BILLIE JEAN- 12" ACETATE (THRILLER DEMO)
This 12" acetate is one of the rarest Michael Jackson items. Only one (maybe two) exists so this is your unique chance to get it.
The tracklist is as follows:
- STARLIGHT (ORIGINAL THRILLER DEMO): This was supposed to be the tittle of the best selling album of all time before MJ decided to change ALL the lyrics and some parts of the instrumental. So 100% of the lyrics of STARLIGHT are different than the final version of THRILLER.
- BILLIE JEAN (UNRELEASED MIX): This is one of the 90 mixes that Bruce Swedien made for this song. It contains some different lyrics and some parts of the instrumental are different than the final version that everybody knows. This version has not been leaked on the internet.
I only played this acetate a couple of times to not damage it because as you know, an acetate is different from a classic vinyl disc, it's harder, heavier and it gives a perfect quality of the sound.
I bought this acetate in Los Angeles 10 years ago from someone who worked with Michael and I kept it in a vault throught the years to keep it as safe as possible. The acetate is in MINT condition for a 27 years old disc, and it still can be played a lot of times.
