For some unknown reasons unknown to us mortals (probably because they had surplus of unsold copies), in 1969 Columbia re-packaged Moby Grape’s second and third albums (Wow and Grape Jam) as a twofer (which can be separated in two individual albums after the shrink wrap is removed) and this is the package we are offering here.

Wow was the second - and final Moby Grape studio album to include now-legendary Skip Spence. It is a worthy successor of the band's legendary first album. Track listing: Murder in my heart for Judge - Bitter wind - Can't be so bad - Three-four - The place and the time - Motorcycle Irene - Rose-colored eyes - Funky-tunk - Miller's blues - He - Just like Gene Autry: a foxtrot - Naked, if I want to.

(b)            The records are believed to come in their original stock inner sleeves.

(c)             The records are apparently pressed on a beautiful, thick, inflexible vinyl, which was usually used for the first or very early pressings. Usually, the sound on such thick vinyl pressings is full-bodied, vivid, and even dramatic. Do not expect to obtain such a majestic analog sound from a digital recording!

(d)            Of course, this is a full-bodied ANALOG recording, and not an inferior, digital recording!!!

-         Cover shows JUST A HINT of yellowing on both sides, apparently from aging (nothing significant)

-         Minor shelf wear noted on the bottom seam (nothing significant)
