ITEM DESCRIPTION:  Early Mono Pressing, 767 Lexington Ave NYC address label on side 2, 47 West 63rd New York 23 label on Side 1, 767 Lexington Ave. New York 23 address on cover, Has deep grooves on both sides, NO trademark "R" , with "ear" and RVG in trailoff wax, other personnel: Jay Jay Johnson, Jimmy Heath, Gil Coggins, Percy Heath, Art Blakey, Jackie McLean, Oscar Pettiford, Kenny Clarke, Horace Silver, 11 Selections: Take-Off, Weirdo, Would'N You, I Waited For You, Ray's Idea, Donna, Well You Needn't, The Leap, Lazy Susan, Tempus Flight, It Never Entered My Mind, No RESERVE Superb Copy. 

VINYL CONDITION:  VG++/NM-  has a few light scuffs and a few light marks with some dust, has very very slight warp that does not affect play, this record has not been cleaned,  appears well cared for, sounds great, great fidelity.

LABEL CONDITION:  VG++ deep groove labels have several very light spindle traces.

COVER CONDITION: VG+ cover has light edge, surface, and corner wear, white portion of front cover shows some light rubbing and dirt, back cover has name stamped twice and some slight age spotting discoloration, has NO Seam Splits.
