Description

Please read my description carefully before bidding.  I will ship the item worldwide and will accept a free return if it doesn't match the listing description.

This one is the first original mono pressing of Capital Records LP-762 "BIRTH OF THE COOL" by MILES DAVIS QUARTET.  The great jazz album of all time.  The first breakthrough album of Miles Davis himself.

Turquoise labels.  Comes with an original Capital Records' inner sleeve.

"A MUST" for serious collectors.

Artists Include: Miles Davis (trumpet), Kai Winding and J.J. Johnson (trombone), Junior Collins and Sandy Siegelstein and Gunther Schuller (french horn), Bill Barber (tuba), Lee Konitz (alto saxophone), Gerry Mulligan (baritone saxophone), Al Haig and John Lewis (piano), Joe Shulman and Al McKibbon and Nelson Boyd (bass), Max Roach and Kenny Clarke (drums).

The vinyl played NM on both sides.  The vinyl also looks NM under the bright light.  Bright and Shinny. No scratches.

An original inner sleeve: NM.

The cover is also NM-.

The record is play graded as well as visually. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws.

My grading is as follows: M (perfectly like new), NM, NM-/VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G, G-.

You will be satisfied.  And I will accept a free return.  Please bid with confidence.
