Item Description & Condition:
This is an original and extremely rare pressing of Marc Bolan’s 1966 single, Hippy Gumbo b/w Misfit on the Solid Centre one and only single of his to be released on the Parlophone Record Labels before changing to Track Records. The labels are with The Gramophone Co Ltd Rim, with Made In Great Britain, and with the Sold in UK Label text.
Both record labels are in Excellent Plus condition, undamaged record labels, with just a few light signs of play around the centre spindle holes.
Side 1 matrix, 7XCE 20515-1, and Side 2, 7XCE-20516-1.
Side 1 stampers, KT 1 R, and Side 2, KT 1 R.
There is also an embossed KT Tax Code on the centre of the side 1 record label.
Both sides of the vinyl 45 are in Excellent condition, there are some hairlines visible on both sides, but nothing major and definitely no deep scratches .
Play Quality:
Both sides play with superb sound quality, without skips or clicks.
The Vinyl 45 comes in it’s original Green Parlophone Company bag and is in undamaged Excellent condition.
This very rare single is not often seen and this one is in superb condition.
