Top of the pops premier league psych.......The cover has no major problems, & apart from a couple of minor creases to the laminate it's really rather nice. A proud spine, a back cover with barely any wear, no tears, rips, splits, writing or ringwear. So grade wise, EX.........Now to the vinyl. On first inspection it's pretty clear that it has been barely played (if at all ). However on closer inspection; side 1, track one there are three small marks (see pictures)..... & turn it over to side 2 & on even closer inspection you will notice 2 tiny pressing bubbles...one close to the dead wax banding between tracks 2 & 3 & the other close to the dead wax banding that split tracks 5 & 6 (again see pictures), apart from the aforementioned problems there is not a hairline or paper scuff in sight. None of these imperfections cause either sticks or jumps, but you do hear noticeable clicks.........8 at the beginning of track 1 - side one (2 of which are in the dead wax), 12 about a minute into the song & another 4 roughly two thirds of the way through the same song; 'My Clown'......Side 2 track 2, fours clicks right at the end of the song & another 3 in the dead wax (track 3 is fine)....& right at the start of track 6 there are 4 clicks (one of which is in the dead wax banding track 5 & 6)...my guess is that this was 'pulled' somewhere along the production line & placed to one side to gather dust.
I have tried to point out all of the flaws in detail, so that the potential future owner knows exactly what he has purchased (unfortunately that did not happen in my case, but that's another story...) & the vinyl really is in M- condition bar the aforementioned problems.
