You are bidding on a very rare and real piece of music history. This is an absolutely next to MINT condition A4 gatefold package/pressing of Joy Division's ORIGINAL SORDIDE SENTIMENTAL 33 rpm 7" SINGLE release. This copy is Number 784 of 1578 originally made. It is unknown how many are in existence in such mint condition let alone complete packaging. Who knows how many are lost and destroyed. The catalog number is SS-33002.  It is close to as new as when purchased in 1979, complete with its original Sordide Sentimental bag and A4 gatefold art/text. Here is your chance to actually own one of those titles that dealers/collectors talk about all the time. From a collector's viewpoint, this title has been steadily going up as time goes on because of the scarcity of copies available and the increasing interest in Joy Division's contribution to today's sound. This will make a great addition to any collection. It is easily one of the rarest Joy Division records out there and one of Sordide Sentimental's most sought after pressings. You will wish you had snagged this when someone else acquires this amazing item because this is going only up in value. At this time this is easily worth $1000 more than the amount I'm asking. I guess all the naysayers think that out of all the billions of people of earth this just can't be a rarity but I know and you know they are dead wrong. I am in need of cash right now or else I would not be parting with this particular number of this Joy Division release that I have collected up. I know that I am going to kick myself in the future for parting with this item but because of my present financial need my loss is your gain. As bonus I am including various CDs of audio projects I have participated in / created, along with, for educational research purposes, a copy on DVD of the Joy Div. video from FACT 37 Here Are The Young Men. Note: Someone said the descrip. is the same as the others I have sold. Mainly the descrip is similar but the number is different as I had collected a handful of them. Again the only reason I'm parting with them is because I really need the cash because a girlfriend putting me into major debt.
