Description
The reserve is very low considering what this LP has sold for in the past in far less condition. I am not going to take the chance that it will sell for an unreasonable amount. Thank you.
Bidders, especially International, please read my terms below before bidding.
International shipping on this album. is going to be no more than $30.00 You can bid but take into account that the shipping could be as high as $30.00. Contact me with any questions. Thank you.
This album is very seldom offered in this kind of condition. It was obviously handled very carefully. I played the LP 3 times. The sound quality is fantastic, no skips, pops, hissing, crackling or any background noise worth mentioning! There are a few very light tics scattered about, but nothing that would inhibit your listening pleasure. I would grade it VG++ or better. Take a look at my feedback.
Visually the record maintains a like new sheen only hampered by a few areas of hazing. At first sight it is wonderful, you need to look under a light to see the hazing. There is one prominent area of hazing where an inner sleeve has left a triangle shaped mark from the corner of the inner sleeve. The LP does have 2 straight surface scratches across all the tracks on one side. One is noticeable the other you have to look for. It's possible that the lights tics might emanate from them but they are not uniform, anyway, there are so few it's nominal.
This LP has all the bells and whistles;

BID WITH CONFIDENCE ? I usually under grade

I have been collecting records for over 40 years and selling them for about 10. I am a collector of 33's and 78's but to my astonishment have accumulated a great number of 45?s. Life?s short and I am getting on so it?s time to let go. I am going to try to put up 15 items a week, concentrating mostly on the 45?s..
For the most part, the 33?s and 78?s I am listing have been in my collection and listened to and enjoyed by me. All the 45?s with a few exceptions have been in storage for well over 15 years. About 1,000 came from one collection of a 70 yr. old gentleman who bought them new from 1956 ? 1963. With very few exceptions they have not been played by me and by their condition not played a lot by him.
Every record I offer has been visually looked at and if necessary cleaned. I grade conservatively. On the 33]s some come to me with split seams that are already taped, some not. If I tape them I use acid free tape and add it to the description. I do not fix 45 sleeves.
All records, including sealed albums, have some audible noises so I do not use a Mint grade. Any record listed that is expected to sell for $50.00 is play graded. If I list any record with less then a VG+ grade, it is most likely pretty hard to find but still very listenable, at least until a better copy comes along, if you can find one at a reasonable price!
My opening bid price is substantially lower than the most recent auction sold results and I feel a fair place to start.
Good Luck bidding, I am certain that you will be satisfied!
