| The pre-Marc Bolan lineup of the legendary John's Children recorded this amazing LP back in 1967, using a fake "live audience" sound allegedly stolen from the Beatles "Hard Days Night" sessions. The screaming audience managed to drown out most of the sound of the record as well. Although not originally released in the UK, it was issued in the USA on White Whale, but what may not be well known to collectors is that this LP was also issued in Australia on White Whale in 1970. Of course the title "Orgasm" was dropped and the LP was simply titled "John's Children" as per the USA release. At that stage, White Whale was being handled by the local Festival company. This LP would not have sold in anything more than miniscule quantities as the group would have been unknown over here except for the 45 release on Polydor of the Marc Bolan John's Children lineup doing "Desdemona", another hopelessly rare 45 in Australia.
