Comes with the original polylined inner,which states made england 05 7 meaning may 1967 when the album was first issued.
The SLEEVE is graded as EXCELLENT condition free from Rips,Splits,Writing,Half moon laminate creasing, The wording on the spine is perfectly readable, All the corners remain square and free from wear.
The laminate remains ultra glossy and shiny,Easily one of best sleeves i've seen of this album.
Both sides of the VINYL visually are graded as NEAR MINT condition. Graded in very strong light
Both LABELS are in EXCELLENT condition. Free from scuffs,Spindle marks,handwriting ect.

I cannot begin to stress how rare this 1st pressing with the front and back laminated sleeve really is. You see far more blue track listing electric ladyland's than you do of this first pressing and i have seen far more of the hendrix withdrawn mail order album.
It is a seriously underrated rarity so many people just settle for a nice copy of the second pressing with the matt rear because it just never seems to turn up.
This is only the second copy i have ever had to offer and i've only ever seen a very small quantity appear for sale over the years.
I don't know why it is as rare as it is, It was a big seller in it's day it was only kept off the top spot of the charts by the beatles sgt peppers album so all i can imagine is that just a very small amount of the first batch were laminated front and back and then the rest were laminated on the front only.
