Description
HANK MOBLEY - JAZZ MESSAGE NO. 2, Savoy MG 12092, deep groove pressing, RVG in dead wax.
The musicians on this 1956 recording are Lee Morgan, Donald Byrd (trumpet), Hank Mobley (tenor sax), Hank Jones, Barry Harris (piano), Doug Watkins (bass), Art Taylor, Kenny Clarke (drums).
The tunes are Thad's Blues, Doug's Minor B'ok, B. for B.B., Blues Number Two, Space Flight.
Condition of record is E-, no scuffs, no spindle marks, small 1/4 inch scratch on side B track 3 clicks for about 1 minute but plays through. Jacket shows some overall wear, 1 inch seam splits at top and bottom right corners, "Sample Copy Not For Sale" is stamped 3 times on back and on both labels.

V = Very Good. Noticeable wear, visual and audible. Records with slight surface noise and/or scuffs fall into this category.
G = Good. Not really all that good. Records in this category have more significant damage or wear.
F = More severe damage, distracting surface noise. Only used in incidence of extreme rarity.
P = Poor condition, proves existence of record only.

We think that most buyers want to receive their winnings quickly, so we offer the fastest mail options and we pack our records very carefully in heavy duty mailers. Shipments are made on Saturday and Tuesday mornings. Records which have been paid for by 3:00 PM on the day before will be shipped on those days.
