Description
This is a test press of TMR-001, the first record from Jack White's Third Man Records. This 7-inch is The Dead Weather's "Hang You From The Heavens," b/w "Are Friends Electric?" It has never been played and it is in great condition. This is one of 150 test pressings with sleeves hand painted by the band that were given to those in attendance at the Third Man Records grand opening party where the Dead Weather played their first show in 2009. I am including my invitation to the party and the bag with the record.
This sleeve was painted by Jack Lawrence and his name is on the inside of the sleeve. There is a unique photo strip of the band that was included with the record as well. There are no duplicates of those photos. A different one was given with each test pressing.
As I said, the record has never been played and is in perfect condition. The sleeve is also in perfect condition. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
