Rudy Van Gelder Studio, Hackensack, NJ, January 13, 1957 Original Blue Note Lp pressing, #1544, deep groove W. 63rd St., New York 23, "ear" and "RVG in the dead wax, no "R" on the label and BN-LP-1544-A or -B etched on the dead wax. Deep Grooved on both side. It has no ® under the "E" and 47 West 63rd New York 23 on each label.
The vinyl looks slightly less than near mint, some light checking on the vinyl surface but it doesn't affect play, sounds superb and near mint to the ears, only a few light ticks on the whole record.
The cover has light ringwear on the back paste-on, which is also slightly yellowed around the edges and a water stain at the bottom corner front, and along the spine on the paste-on. Light edge wear all around, no splits, corners are slightly rounded.
