What we have here is the Ultra-Rare Autographed by Wayne Coyne version of the Flaming Lips and Heady Fwends 2xLP that was put out last month on Record Store Day 2012.
Out of 10,000 copies of this LP Wayne supposedly signed only a handful, 30-40 copies estimated. This is not a forgery!
This version of the record is also the Henry Rollins version, where the majority of the records were the Dr. Who version. You can tell by the matrix etching on the signed record.

This record was only opened to check which version of the LP it was, turns out it was one of the rarest.
