This is an insanely rare garage single garnering a top 10 ranking on the G45 list (#7)!
Excellent single from this Corpus Christi, TX area group that recorded this single in early 1966 and released it on their own label with the help of Carl Becker and Jack Salyers of "J-Beck' records fame, which released landmark singles from The Bad Seeds and Zakary Thaks.
"Problem Child" is a 60s garage punk pounder which has been comped on a volume of "Highs In The Mid Sixties". The flipside, "Don't Give Up Hope" is a very catchy Merseybeat-style cut which has never been comped!
Only a handful of copies are known to exist!
This is a 100% legit copy culled from a South Texas collection!

CONDITION
The vinyl is in VG- to VG (Very Good- to Very Good) visual grade condition with a number of mostly light surface marks/scratches.
Graded under a bright, strong lamp!
Plays through fine and sound clips have not been altered in any way !What you hear is what you get!
Labels have mild wear. "Don't Give Up Hope" side has a couple of tears from old tape residue removal.
There is some wear in the deadwax on "Don't Give Up Hope" side from residue removal. This wear thankfully does not go into the grooves.
The 45 will be shipped with a sleeve for preservation and packed well with a polysleeve.
