Quadradisc - quadraphonic version.Embossed cover, top loading, printed on thick, textured card. Exactly the same sleeve as standard stereo version, with same cat. no. bottom left: "7E-1039". The added "Quadradisc" sticker, which usually is folded under the sleeve from front left to rear right, is the only way to identify a sleeve containing a quadraphonic disc.
the two indecipherable marks refereed to in the Matrix/Runout section are as follows: the first part original listing says S on its side is a die stamped symbol used by the plating department; the second part is "DWJ" scribes which have distinctive loops on the bottom of the D and the third leg of the W. plus the matching J loops are similar to reverse B.
Inner sleeve with black & white photos and information.
Label is pale blue (without usual prison door amongst cloud design) with some black and some white writing/logos (There is another version with the prison door amongst cloud label).
