Blacker Dread, SCOM 003, Don Carlos, "From Creation", SCOM Band, "Version" x 3, the original vocal version of this was recorded back in the 1970s by Clive Hilton for Lee Perry at the height of the Black Ark, a dubbed up version appeared on "Super Ape" as "Underground Roots" and the original tune truly was underground as until the Trojan issue a few years back it was only to be heard as a very special and exclusive dub plate on Lloyd Coxsone's Sir Coxsone Outernational sound system, arguably the UK's premier sound system. When Blacker Dread and Sir Coxsone started issuing 12"s in the early 1980s one of the first releases was an updated Don Carlos cut to the classic "From Creation" complete with three Dub versions, an essential purchase!

Visually both sides have several feint scuffs/very feint scratches.
Side A i) plays really well with minimal surface noise and one tiny pop.
Side A ii) plays really well with minimal surface noise and a couple of tiny pops.
Side B i) plays really well with minimal surface noise, one tiny pop and just a touch of crackle.
Side B ii) has slight crackle at the start plays with slight surface noise/crackle.
The A side label is written on.

Records play graded on a Michell Orbe deck fitted with a Techno Arm and a Van Den Hul MC2 cartridge..Records professionally cleaned on a VPI record cleaner.
