Description
Part of a one owner collection of "Golden Age" mainly UK 1st press stereo classical records all bought from new by the same elderly gentleman and fastidiously cared for, most only played once or twice only on high quality equipment. I acquired the collection from the man's widow who no longer has use for them and believes it is time they went to a new home. Any lines shown on the vinyl in my scans are simply light reflections and not on the record itself.
One of classical records rarest "Holy Grail" UK 1st 1963 STEREO press Columbia box-sets SAX 2476-9 RAVEL complete Orchestral Works conducted by ANDRE CLUYTENS. Original 1st press labels, the vinyl and labels are unmarked and near mint, looking only played a couple of times absolute maximum. Stunningly awesome audio , test played and fully enjoyed. The box is excellent but has had repair to the lid edge and corners with some new black repair paper - however, it doesn't significantly detract. Complete with original booklet. THIS SET VERY RARELY COMES UP FOR SALE IN THIS CONDITION. ***See also the Mono box set of this recording I am listing from the same source and in immaculate condition.***
