Description

This is Verve Records MG V-8005,The Charlie Parker Quartet Now's The Time, a deep groove yellow, trumpet labeled original mono issue of this beautiful, original issue featuring Al Haig and Max Roach. The record is in VG++ condition, showing only a  few light  marks, which do not effect the play. The record plays quietly throughout.  The cover shows some very light shelf wear, but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are excellent as well, showing only light spindle marks. The original rice paper inner sleeve is included. The records have been  cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.  An excellent, collectors grade copy of this wonderful set. This is part of a large jazz collection I will be posting over the next few months. Please check our other listings as we discount shipping for multiple orders.  International buyers, please wait for invoice before sending payment. I must weigh the completed package.
