Description

The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the vinyl I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.

Pete Best-"Best Of The Beatles" LP, Savage BM 71, released in 1966. This is an authentic pressing with the circle around Pete's head and the oval around "Savage" on the front cover both white; counterfeits have these in yellow. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in VG+ condition; each side has a couple of light marks; both sides still retain their full gloss. Cover is in VG condition, with some general age and seam wear, but no seam splits. Ironically, most of Pete's vinyl has become more valuable than a lot of the Beatles vinyl over the years. It's hard to find a genuine copy of this.
